Ingredients
2 packs frozen udon noodles
(A) 4 osaji salad oil
(A) 3 osaji Worcestershire sauce
(A) 1 kosaji soy sauce
(A) 4-6cm tubed garlic
(A) black pepper – a generous amount
(A) 6 tablespoons chopped green onions
(A) 4 kosaji dried bonito powder
6 osaji tengasu fried tempura flakes
2 egg yolks (or soft boiled eggs)
Steps
- Mix together (A) in a bowl. Leave some of the green onions aside to use as a garnish.
- Cook the udon noodles according to the directions.
- Serve the noodles in two bowls. Add half of (A) to each and mix in.
- Top both services with the tengasu fried tempura flakes, the green onions, and egg yolks.
- Serve with fruit and a meat based side dish.
