Yakisoba with Crab

Ingredients

2 packs yakisoba noodles
100g (1 pack) crab sticks
2 cloves fresh garlic
100g ground pork
1/2 bunch nira
(A) 1 osaji water
(A) 1 kosaji gara soup stock base
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 osaji oyster sauce
sesame seed oil
salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Break up the crab sticks into rough pieces.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. chop nira into 4cm pieces.
  4. Prepare (A).
  5. Boil water. Put yakisoba noodles in a strainer. Pour the boiling water over the noodles, breaking them apart with kitchen chopsticks.
  6. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Stir fry the garlic gently, being careful not to burn it.
  7. Add the ground pork to the pan, and continue to cook until it is mostly done.
  8. Add the noodles to the pan and continue to cook, stirring the noodles into the garlic and meat mixture.
  9. Add the crab stick pieces and nira and mix in.
  10. Add (A).
  11. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
