Ingredients
2 packs yakisoba noodles
100g (1 pack) crab sticks
2 cloves fresh garlic
100g ground pork
1/2 bunch nira
(A) 1 osaji water
(A) 1 kosaji gara soup stock base
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 osaji oyster sauce
sesame seed oil
salt & pepper
Steps
- Break up the crab sticks into rough pieces.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- chop nira into 4cm pieces.
- Prepare (A).
- Boil water. Put yakisoba noodles in a strainer. Pour the boiling water over the noodles, breaking them apart with kitchen chopsticks.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Stir fry the garlic gently, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the ground pork to the pan, and continue to cook until it is mostly done.
- Add the noodles to the pan and continue to cook, stirring the noodles into the garlic and meat mixture.
- Add the crab stick pieces and nira and mix in.
- Add (A).
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
