Kachumbar Vegetables

Ingredients

1 pack cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
1/4 onion
(A) 2 osaji lemon juice
(A) 1/2 kosaji sugar
(A) salt
(A) 1/2 kosaji cumin powder
(A) 1/4 kosaji coriander powder
(A) chili power (optional)

Steps

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, and add to large bowl.
  2. Chop the cucumber into short sticks, add to large bowl.
  3. Chop the onion into 2-3cm cubed pieces, add to large bowl.
  4. Mix (A).
  5. Add (A) to bowl and mix all ingredients together.
  6. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve. Makes approx. 3 servings.
