Ingredients
200g silken tofu
1 cup (200cc) breadcrumbs
300g ground meat
(A) salt
(A) nutmeg
(A) black pepper
(A) 2 eggs
(B) 5 osaji ketchup
(B) 5 osaji Worcestershire sauce
(B) 2 osaji soy sauce
broccoli or another vegetable as a side dish
Steps
- Put the tofu in a large bowl and mash it with your hands.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs, making sure that the breadcrumbs and tofu are evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix together (A). Then add (A) to the breadcrumb / tofu mix and kneed it thoroughly with your hands until all the ingredients are blended in well.
- Add some salad oil to a pan without turning on the heat. Form 3-4 patties with the meat mixture.
- Turn on the heat and cook for a few minutes. When the bottoms start to look well cooked (without being burned), turn over and cook until the patties don’t have any pink remaining. Serve on plates.
- Without cleaning the fry pan, add (B) to the pan and cook it for a couple of minutes without burning it.
- Pour the sauce over the patties.
- Serve with broccoli or another vegetable side dish.
