Mushroom Namul

Ingredients

1 pack shimeji mushrooms
1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon sesame seed oil
salt and pepper
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) tubed garlic
(A) sliced red chili peppers
(A) white sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
  3. Remove the bases from the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 2-3 equal lengths.
  4. Head the sesame seed oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir fry the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and stir fry until softened.
  5. Place the stir fried mushrooms in a bowl, add (A) and stir in well.
  6. Chill in refrigerator or serve as-is.
