Ingredients
1 pack shimeji mushrooms
1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon sesame seed oil
salt and pepper
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) tubed garlic
(A) sliced red chili peppers
(A) white sesame seeds
Steps
- Prepare (A).
- Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
- Remove the bases from the enoki mushrooms and cut them into 2-3 equal lengths.
- Head the sesame seed oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir fry the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and stir fry until softened.
- Place the stir fried mushrooms in a bowl, add (A) and stir in well.
- Chill in refrigerator or serve as-is.
