Ingredients
200g ground chicken or pork
100g momen (firm) tofu
4 kosaji dried hijiki
5 shiso leaves, finely chopped
tubed ginger
1 osaji katakuriko potato starch
1 osaji mayonaise
2 teaspoons miso
salt to taste
Steps
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large steel bowl.
- Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add in 5 small patties of the mixture, pressed flat.
- Pan fry for a few minutes on each side. When cooking the first side, cover the pan with a lit to keep in the heat.
- When both sides are golden brown, it is done.
- Serve with broccoli or other vegetable side dish.
