Indian Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
2 small tomatoes, chopped fine
1 cucumber, semi-peeled and sliced into rounds
1/4 onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
(A) 1.5 osaji curry powder
(A) 3/4 kosaji black pepper
(A) 1 kosaji salt
(A) 3 osaji lemon juice (fresh)

Steps

  1. Soak chopped onions in water.
  2. Prepare and add chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, cilantro to a large bowl.
  3. Prepare (A).
  4. Add soaked onions to large bowl and mix together well.
  5. Add (A) to large bowl and mix well. Serve.
