Beef Sukiyaki

Ingredients

200g thinly sliced beef
2 naga negi green onions
300g firm tofu
1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
(A) 150cc water
(A) 2 osaji sugar
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 kosaji powdered soup stock

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Cut the green onions into diagonal pieces.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes/
  4. Prepare the mushrooms.
  5. Prepare the beef.
  6. Place all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Serve.
