Ingredients
300g chicken thigh
80g chives (nira)
Sesame seed oil
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
Steps
- Prepare (A).
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Cut the chives into 3cm long pieces.
- Add sesame seed oil to a frying pan. Stir fry the chicken until browned.
- Add (A). Bring to a boil, then steam for 4 minutes.
- Add the chives. Stir over medium heat, and then serve.
