Chicken with Nira

For 2 people

Ingredients

300g chicken thigh
80g chives (nira)
Sesame seed oil
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  3. Cut the chives into 3cm long pieces.
  4. Add sesame seed oil to a frying pan. Stir fry the chicken until browned.
  5. Add (A). Bring to a boil, then steam for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the chives. Stir over medium heat, and then serve.
