Komatsuna & Chikuwa

Ingredients

1/2 bunch komatsuna
50g shimeji mushrooms
2 sticks chikuwa
(A) 1/2 kosaji yuzu kosho
(A) 2 kosaji ponzu

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Roughly chop the komatsuna.
  3. Prepare the mushrooms.
  4. Cut the chikuwa into slices.
  5. Add the komatsuna and mushrooms to a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes. Drain.
  6. In a different bowl, mix the komatsuna, mushrooms, chikuwa, and (A).
  7. Serve.
