Ingredients
1/2 bunch komatsuna
50g shimeji mushrooms
2 sticks chikuwa
(A) 1/2 kosaji yuzu kosho
(A) 2 kosaji ponzu
Steps
- Prepare (A).
- Roughly chop the komatsuna.
- Prepare the mushrooms.
- Cut the chikuwa into slices.
- Add the komatsuna and mushrooms to a large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on 600W for 3 minutes. Drain.
- In a different bowl, mix the komatsuna, mushrooms, chikuwa, and (A).
- Serve.
