Pork & Asparagus Yakisoba

Ingredients

4 stalks asparagus
160g buta bara pork belly
2 wedges fresh lemon
2 packs yakisoba noodles
salt
salad oil
sesame seed oil
1 osaji gara chicken soup stock
white sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Peel bottoms of asparagus and cut diagonally into pieces.
  2. Cut lemon wedges.
  3. Cut pork into pieces.
  4. Cut bags of yakisoba at the top and microwave together for 1.5 minutes.
  5. Stir fry asparagus in salad oil until browned. Push to side of pan.
  6. Add pork pork and cook until done. Add salt and mix in with the asparagus.
  7. Add yakisoba and then some sesame seed oil. Stir fry, breaking up the noodles.
  8. Add the gara chicken soup stock and more salt, and mix in.
  9. Serve, sprinked with black pepper and white sesame seeds.
  10. Don’t forget the lemon wedge!
