Ingredients
4 stalks asparagus
160g buta bara pork belly
2 wedges fresh lemon
2 packs yakisoba noodles
salt
salad oil
sesame seed oil
1 osaji gara chicken soup stock
white sesame seeds
Steps
- Peel bottoms of asparagus and cut diagonally into pieces.
- Cut lemon wedges.
- Cut pork into pieces.
- Cut bags of yakisoba at the top and microwave together for 1.5 minutes.
- Stir fry asparagus in salad oil until browned. Push to side of pan.
- Add pork pork and cook until done. Add salt and mix in with the asparagus.
- Add yakisoba and then some sesame seed oil. Stir fry, breaking up the noodles.
- Add the gara chicken soup stock and more salt, and mix in.
- Serve, sprinked with black pepper and white sesame seeds.
- Don’t forget the lemon wedge!
