Bulgogi Style Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

200g buta bara komagiri
2 green peppers
1/2 onion
1/3 carrot
(A) 1.5 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1.5 osaji cooking sake
(A) 1 osaji sugar
(A) 1 osaji gochujang
(A) garlic past
sesame seed oil
white sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Cut bell peppers, onions, and carrots into thin strips.
  3. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces
  4. Put everything into a plastic bag and mix well.
  5. Add sesame seed oil to a fry pan and stir fry the ingredients together until cooked.
  6. Serve with sesame seeds on top.
