Ingredients
3 tomatoes
400g kiri otoshi thinly sliced beef
1 large green onion
(A) 1 kosaji tobanjan
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 kosaji grated garlic
(A) 1 kosaji grated ginger
1 osaji sesame seed oil
Steps
- Cut each tomato into 4 pieces.
- Cut green onions into 1cm diagonal pieces.
- Add sesame seed oil to pan, heat on low heat.
- Add beef. Cook 3 minutes on low-medium heat.
- Add tomatoes and green onions. Cook another 3 minutes.
- Add (A). Cook 2 minutes.
