Ingredients

3 tomatoes
400g kiri otoshi thinly sliced beef
1 large green onion
(A) 1 kosaji tobanjan
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 kosaji grated garlic
(A) 1 kosaji grated ginger
1 osaji sesame seed oil

Steps

  1. Cut each tomato into 4 pieces.
  2. Cut green onions into 1cm diagonal pieces.
  3. Add sesame seed oil to pan, heat on low heat.
  4. Add beef. Cook 3 minutes on low-medium heat.
  5. Add tomatoes and green onions. Cook another 3 minutes.
  6. Add (A). Cook 2 minutes.
