Ingredients

4 potatoes, peeled and cut in half (5-6 if small)
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
5 tb butter
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tb green onions

Steps

  1. Boil the potatoes gently for 20-25 minutes, until they easily fall apart with a fork. Drain.
  2. Mash the potatoes, and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
