Ingredients
200g kiri otoshi pork
400g momen tofu
2 tomatoes
(A) ginger
(A) 1 clove garlic
(A) 1 red togorashi
(A) 2 osaji nanpula
(A) 2 1/2 kosaji sugar
(A) pepper
2 thin green onions, chopped

Steps
- Break up pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Break up tofu into pieces with hands. Put tofu on paper towels. Wait 10 minutes.
- Cut tomato into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop Ginger and garlic.
- Prepare togorashi.
- Use big pan. Add 1 osaji oil. Add tofu. Stir fry on both sides. Take out tofu and put on plate.
- Wipe pan with paper towel. Add 1 osaji oil. Add pork. Stir fry until it changes color.
- Add (A). Stir fry a little more.
- Add back tofu and tomatoes. Stir fry a little on medium heat.
- Add green onions on top. Turn off heat. Serve with broth.
