Pork Tomato and Tofu

Ingredients

200g kiri otoshi pork
400g momen tofu
2 tomatoes
(A) ginger
(A) 1 clove garlic
(A) 1 red togorashi
(A) 2 osaji nanpula
(A) 2 1/2 kosaji sugar
(A) pepper
2 thin green onions, chopped

Steps

  1. Break up pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Break up tofu into pieces with hands. Put tofu on paper towels. Wait 10 minutes.
  3. Cut tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Chop Ginger and garlic.
  5. Prepare togorashi.
  6. Use big pan. Add 1 osaji oil. Add tofu. Stir fry on both sides. Take out tofu and put on plate.
  7. Wipe pan with paper towel. Add 1 osaji oil. Add pork. Stir fry until it changes color.
  8. Add (A). Stir fry a little more.
  9. Add back tofu and tomatoes. Stir fry a little on medium heat.
  10. Add green onions on top. Turn off heat. Serve with broth.
