Ingredients
4 pieces salted mackerel (塩サバ)
4 osaji potato starch
4 osaji sesame seed oil
2 kosaji tubed ginger (生姜チューブ)
chopped green onion
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji sugar
Steps
- Wipe off excess moisture from the surface of the salted mackerel with kitchen paper, cut into bite-sized pieces, and coat with potato starch.
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat and fry ① until cooked through on both sides.
- Add (A) and simmer until thickened. Add the ginger tube and mix well. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
