Ingredients
2 packs soba noodles
200g chicken thigh (momo)
1 naga negi green onion
2 shitake mushrooms
salad oil
(A) 600cc water
(A) 3 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
(A) 1 kosaji hondashi
Steps
- Cut green onions into 3cm pieces.
- Thinly slice the shitake mushrooms.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt.
- Prepare (A).
- Add some oil to the blue pot. Stir fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Move chicken to one size, and sauté the green onions and mushrooms.
- Add (A) to pot. Bring to a gentle boil and cood for about 2 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and serve in bowls.
- Reheat broth mixture and serve over noodles.
